DioStore? The web site contains all the application developed by DIOTEK. First
you need to register for the site. If you sign up as a member of DIOTEK
website, you can receive individual feedback for product or service and check
out beneficial information about the product you purchase through DIOTEK
Homepage.
After sign up, to find product that is compatible
with your mobile device or computer OS, use ‘choose your device’ menu on upper side
of every page on DioStore. It helps you to select product that suitable to sync
with your device. It is currently updated mamy devices, so you can have various
options to choose.
If your purchase went through normally, we
will send you purchase history by email. There could be possible situation of unable
to check email because of any mistake of your email set-up or status of email
server. If you haven't receive your email in 5 to 10 minutes, please go to
[DIOTEK homepage > My Page> My Products] to check purchased product. If you already have purchased product but
can't check purchased product, request confirmation to [Ask Question] You can
download purchased product form [My Page] after your purchase is confirmed. In
case of DioPen / SmartCJK, if you are registering your product on the device
which has their trial versions, you can register them at [My Page > Request
for Product Number].
